Finally it's Friday! Time to kick back with family and friends and of course your Numéro drink of the month :) I hope you all have a great weekend basking in the freedom that our service men and women defend everyday. 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 oz banana liqueur
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz grenadine syrup
Mix first three ingredients and pour into a tall glass full of ice. Add grenadine and do not stir. Garnish with a cherry. Real coconut optional :)
