The Solitude of Prime Numbers + Paolo Giordano

Paolo Giordano's debut novel The Solitude of Prime Numbers weaves together the pain of adolescence, the loneliness of being unable to trust and the yearning to connect with another person into a beautiful tangle of storytelling. Alice and Mattia are the central figures of this narrative and their shared experiences with loss and unimaginable hurt both propel and repel them from each other. A brilliant effort for first time writer Giordano.

Review by Allison West for Numéro.
